Built & Designed

We bought an old house sight unseen. Now we're fixing everything we didn't know we were getting into — live.
Hi, we're Paul & Natasha... a husband-and-wife team in our early 50s who bought an old house without ever stepping inside it. Paul brings years of hands-on renovation experience. Natasha brings a designer's eye. Together, we're tackling every leak, crack, and questionable decision the previous owners left behind.
On this channel you'll find: Real renovation projects — no shortcuts, no fake walls. Design decisions explained — why we chose what we chose. Honest budget breakdowns — what things actually cost. The surprises you only find when you start pulling walls apart.
If you love old houses, DIY projects, or watching a couple figure it out in real time — you're in the right place.
