Brizzed with Michelle Brisendine

Hi! I am Michelle Brisendine, the owner and founder of Brizzed. Yoga to me is a complete mind, body, and spirit experience and not just the movements. I am a lover of all people and will be the first to hug a stranger who is in need of knowing that they are loved! Intuition, connecting with spirit and my kind heart has led me on this journey and I am forever grateful.

I am a certified RYT 500 yoga teacher with over 500+ hours of training with additional certifications in aerial, chair, and yin yoga. I am also a Reiki Master and have a certification in sound healing. I have hosted and been the MC of multiple different types of events with 100+ people and I am excited to share my love and knowledge with you and continue to grow with our journey together!
