I am one of the original founders of Heels as the famous dance style that you know it to be worldwide today. 

I’m now also a twin mother of 3, deeply connected to embodiment and spirituality. That is behind all I do which is my “why” in sharing it with you. I've navigated many life challenges including overcoming severe OCD which made me turn stronger into mastering alchemy.
