With this mindset, BRIM rapidly grew and developed a prominent reputation known as a “great builder” in the tristate area.  Brian C. McNew first established Brim Builders, INC (also known as BRIM) in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania during the fall of 1989.   For over 30 years BRIM has continued to progress in developing, renovating, and constructing quality, energy-efficient, affordable single and multifamily homes, office buildings, retail centers, warehousing, and developments.
