🙋🏻‍♀️ Hi there, I'm Brenda - a daughter and the primary caregiver to my 89-year-old father, who is living with dementia and has been living with me and my family for the past 4+ years. Caregiving is hard - let's not do it alone. 

💛 My goal is to help current and future family caregivers feel less alone, share what I’ve learned, and create a space where people in this role can find understanding, connection, and support resources.
