Embodiment with Bree

Bree VanZutphen is an embodiment mentor and women's guide with 13+ years of experience, supporting others in reclaiming their power, cyclical nature, and embodied truth. She blends somatic practices, womb-centered work, shadow work, subconscious reprogramming, and earth-based ritual into a holistic approach honoring the body, mind, and spirit.

Bree’s path has been one of cycles ~ death and rebirth, stillness and momentum, descent and awakening. She guides others to shed conditioning, meet their true selves, and walk a spiral of remembrance, devotion, and authentic living.

Through healing sessions, mentorship, group journeys, trainings, online classes, retreats, and ritual practices, she supports others in moving from contraction to expansion, distortion to truth, and self-abandonment to sovereign embodiment — aligning body, mind, and spirit in freedom and presence.
