Breath Liberation Society is a diverse Breathwork school and community, specializing in Trauma Informed Breathwork training. We believe Breathwork should be inclusive and representative of all people. You can expect to learn breathing practices for your self care toolbox and hear conversations ranging from intuition building to nervous system regulation to
