Breath, Bone & Becoming: Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra for deep rest, wonder, and remembrance.

Guided practices that invite you into relationship with your body, your breath, the living world, and the quiet mystery that exists between them.

I'm Shannon Alette, a Yoga Nidra guide, visual artist, and lifelong student of nature.

I believe Yoga Nidra is more than a practice for deep rest.

It is a threshold.

A place to become comfortable in the unknown, to listen more deeply, and to remember what has been here all along.

Here you'll find guided Yoga Nidra for deep rest, nervous system regulation, subtle body exploration, chakra practices, the koshas, nature-inspired meditations, and contemplative journeys that help ordinary life feel a little more alive.

When you open your eyes, I hope the light feels a little brighter, your breath a little more fascinating, and ordinary life a little more alive.
