Breaking The Old Self

Breaking the Old Self is about understanding why we become who we become — and how we change it.

We explore the psychology behind addiction, habits, identity, limiting beliefs, emotional patterns, environment, relief, comfort zones, awareness and personal transformation.

I use lived experience alongside psychology, neuroscience and practical ideas to break down why we repeat behaviours we know are hurting us, why change can feel so difficult, and what it actually takes to build a different life.

This channel is for anyone who feels stuck in old patterns — whether that shows up through addiction, self-sabotage, fear, anxiety, unhealthy habits, destructive relationships or simply living on autopilot.

The goal is not motivation for five minutes.

It is understanding.

Because when you understand the patterns shaping your behaviour, you can stop living automatically and start choosing who you become.

DESTROY. REBUILD. BECOME.
