Brad Smith OFFICIAL

Welcome to my channel, where I talk about how to get more out of your business, make more income, how to build a sales team, and the MANY failures and lessons we have learned along the way to $100M+ in sales.

Right out of college, my brother Matt and I started a Mattress business and quickly grew it to one of the largest online retailers. In a booming economy, it was too easy to be reckless and we failed to develop a strategy that included the right systems and skilled staff to survive the crash of 2008. After evaluating several businesses opportunities, we found our home in the Insurance Industry. Today, we have hundreds of agents across the country writing a multiple seven figures of protection for families each month.

It's time to get self aware and identify what can really unlock your potential in business and in life. Hosted by Brad Smith.
