Hi. Thanks for dropping by and checking out my channel. I'm Brad Riddell. I'm a UFC Lightweight, coach, and foremost - a lifelong student of the fight game. I've been training in combat sports for 13 years and professionally fighting for 10 of those years. I train at Bangtao Muay Thai & MMA.

I started this channel to carve out a little piece of the internet for sharing tutorials, fight breakdowns, and travel/ lifestyle content.
