Actuarial AI Lab

Insurance & actuarial work, one AI workflow at a time.
Insurance AI Lab is a channel dedicated to AI-powered workflow automation for professionals at insurance companies and actuarial consulting firms.
From Excel reconciliations and data cleanup to assumption-change comparisons, financial closing materials, and report drafting.
In each video, we take one repetitive task, look at how it is typically handled today, and explore which steps AI can help automate — using stop-motion animation and practical, real-world examples.
Every video clearly shows three things:
① Input: What files, data, and business rules are needed
② Process: What AI and automation tools do, and in what order
③ Output: What tables, reports, or checklists are produced
We also cover how to validate the results and which parts still require human judgment.
Take a look at the work you’re doing today — and find the repetitive tasks you can reduce tomorrow.
