I’m creating this channel to provide information, support and encouragement to help you  feel safe in your body, to connect, feel and heal through breath, sound, touch, movement and imagination.. and to accompany and guide you on the fascinating, never-ending journey of exploring your body, mind and soul.  

 I am a sex educator and healer, with ongoing study and experiences with energy medicine/Healing Touch, hypnosis, NeuroAffective Touch, and professional cuddling.  ​My approach - the body soul journey - offers you a way to embrace your innate wholeness and integrate all aspects of your body, mind and spirit, including your sexuality, sensuality and erotic being.
