Body, Mind & Sail

In 2022, we left behind our jobs in the Netherlands—KLM & construction—to follow a deeper calling. With no plan, we sold everything and traveled the world to learn yoga, massage, meditation, and ancient healing. From Mexico to Colombia, India to Thailand, each stop transformed us. Our journey led us to Greece, where we now live on a catamaran and host soulful retreats at sea. We help others slow down, reconnect, and transform.
