Bobby has worked with numerous organizations throughout his 35 year career.   By utilizing his musical talents as a record producer; singer; songwriter and vocal coach, he has organized & directed many community projects.  In 1979, Bobby had mega success with his hit record "Rockem Baby, Rollem Baby, which sold over 2 millions copies and distributed on his label H& G  Records.  Being a recording studio owner for more than 30 years has  given Bobby the discipline to work with numerous people in the United States & abroad.  Bobby received 2 Congressional Awards, In 1991 & 1998,  for his creation of the "Don't Walk Away From The Children" Youth Choir, Title Song & Awareness Show, which toured  Los Angeles Unified School District.  Bobby has had the pleasure to work with Children's Hospital Los Angeles, United Way, Sugar Ray Robinson Youth Foundation, Montebello Unified School District, Bob Kedrin Community Center, Boy & Girls Club Los Angeles,  & numerous local youth in many communities.
