Blue Mind Clinic

Hello everyone, I’m Dr. Lim, a psychiatrist and the founder of Blue Mind Clinic.

I started this channel because I wanted a space to talk about mental health in a way that feels real, relatable, and helpful for everyday life.

Most of what I share here comes in the form of stories —
Through these stories, I hope to shed light on what it’s like to struggle with things like anxiety, depression, or burnout, and how we can better understand and take care of our mental well-being.

※ All stories are fictional or adapted for privacy — no real cases are shared here.

If you’re feeling stuck, going through a rough patch, or just curious about mental health, I hope you’ll find something here that speaks to you.

📍Our clinic — Blue Mind Specialist Clinic (Psychiatry) — is opening in September 2025 at Bay Avenue, Bayan Lepas, Penang.
