Blepharospasm - My journey

My experiences with Blepharospasm and Oromandibular dystonia. Here’s my journey and experiences with it. If you have any questions regarding Blepharospasm and / or dystonia, kindly post them in the comments. I'll create a video answering your questions. Please remember im not a doctor. But can share my opinion

I listened/read the teachings of Hindu sages and Gurus about a human body and it’s significance in self healing taking the help of the nature around us, when followed some procedures. (In fact the human body is a part of the mother nature). From their teachings, I experimented some methods in addition to the exercises I followed on Dystonia Recovery Program by Dr. Farias and the platform is available at https://dystoniarecoveryprogram.com. I’m only listing my methods in this channel and all other neuroplasticity exercises can be found on his platform.

The picture on the channel is Lord Aditya - the Sun God, who I believe healed me and helped me at every step of my journey.
