The Courier Rebuild

Welcome to The Courier Rebuild.

Years ago, I was part of building a courier company. That chapter eventually came to an end.

Now, decades of logistics experience later, I'm starting again.

This channel follows the real-world rebuilding of Black Hawk Courier Services from the ground up — one delivery, one customer and one mile at a time.

No rented supercars. No fake success stories. No pretending we have it all figured out.

You'll see the wins, mistakes, expenses, vehicles, equipment, customer growth, long days, real numbers and everything that goes into trying to build a courier company in today's world.
Starting with what we have. Building toward what we want.
