BLA Design Group

BLA Design Group is a residential design studio dedicated to the complete realization of modern homes.
Based in Vancouver, we serve discerning clients seeking thoughtful, lifestyle-specific design that is both beautifully restrained and architecturally rigorous.

We collaborate with individuals and families who value clarity, craftsmanship, and intention. Each project is grounded in a focused study of the site, as well as the unspoken rhythms of daily life: how our clients live, move, and rest. This dialogue allows us to create homes that feel timeless and deeply personal.

Our team brings a breadth of experience and sensibilities, united by a commitment to spatial clarity, material expression, and enduring simplicity. From working on steep irregular lots to waterfront estates, we uncover opportunities that transform constraints into defining features.

At BLA, we believe architecture should feel effortless, intuitive, and quietly confident. That is the standard we design toward.
