BINGHI

Patrice Cyril Lingam, stage named, Binghi, is a son of Sri Lanka who was expatriated to Europe through adoption soon after birth, wields his music as a weapon to liberate all oppressed and displaced peoples from the mental and spiritual shackles that serve to maintain and enforce the status quo.

Lifelong study of the craft , combined with his awareness of music as a tool for divine channelling of a higher purpose, being both a son of poverty and privilege, has created a particular fire characterized by a biting force, grit and edge in the delivery of a message of righteousness—the purity of source held in ALL peoples, and the balance that must be held in all things—meant to plant seeds of hope, change, love and freedom in all who hear his songs.
