Bill's Comfort Food

This channel is for those who are interested in food and the human relationship we have with it. I’ll try to share some ideas on ingredients, methods, practices, and the occasional anecdote. I am a chef, a home brewer, a curator, and someone that enjoys hospitality.
I’ll be demonstrating some of my favourite comfort foods, the equipment used, and the possibilities you can explore at home.
