I LOVE WEATHER... and more importantly, I LOVE teaching weather.  Hi, I'm meteorologist Bill Kelly, the Chief Meteorologist at CBS Philadelphia.  Weather is my absolute passion and my goal is twofold on this page... to help answer questions in a simple way about all things weather and to hopefully ignite a passion for future meteorologists.
