Big Jim's Ranch

I've kept horses my whole life. Long enough to learn from old hands who kept theirs sound for thirty years on grass, salt, and pine tar — and never bought a bag of commercial feed in their life. Long enough to watch the modern industry build a five-thousand-dollar-a-year bill around a horse you could keep for two hundred.

This channel is what I learned, what I still do, and what I'm not letting walk off the property with me.
Hoof, feed, the vaquero way of starting a colt, what to do at two in the morning when your gelding's down and rolling, and the math behind why none of it has to cost what they tell you it costs.

No supplements to sell. No clinic to book. Just the work, the math, and the country your horse was built for.
Pull up a chair.
