Big Head History

History is weirder than you think, so we draw it with big heads.

Big Head History tells the strangest true stories from the past in short animated videos. Dictators who were too scared of their own doctors. Emperors who crowned themselves. Kings, spies, rebels and ordinary people caught in the middle of history's wildest moments.

Every story is researched and fact-checked, and each video lists its sources in the description.

New Shorts every week, starting with our series on the world's most infamous dictators.

Subscribe if you like your history short, true and a little ridiculous.
