The Bible As It Was

The world of the Bible, as it really was.

Every film starts from one real thing that survived: a letter on a broken pot, a paved street, a scroll fragment, a seal, a photograph. From there we rebuild the world around a passage you already know. Who lived there, what they ate, what they feared, what they hoped for.

We tell you plainly what the evidence shows, what scholars still argue about, and what nobody knows. Painted scenes are reconstructions, and we say so on screen. Real objects and photographs are named, with where they're kept today.

New films every week, 20 to 40 minutes, made for an evening in your chair.

Stand where it happened.
