Bianca Ilea Yoga & Longevity For BJJ

Hey, I’m Bianca — yoga teacher & longevity coach and a lifelong love for martial arts. These days, you’ll mostly find me on the mats, hooked on Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

My goal is to help you train at your best while reducing your risk of injury through a complete approach: strength, mobility, flexibility, recovery, and yoga mindset.

I used to compete in Judo for the Romanian National Team, but recurring injuries forced me to stop. Back then, training hard was everything—nobody talked about moving well, recovering properly, or creating balance in your body.

We know better now. You don't have to wait until you're injured to take care of your body. My mission is to help you stay on the mats longer, move better, and keep doing the sport you love.
