Bhante Bodhicitta

A Theravāda Buddhist monk sharing the teachings of the Buddha through Dhamma reflections, meditation, and pilgrimage.

This channel explores the Four Noble Truths, the Noble Eightfold Path, mindfulness, mental cultivation, and the path toward liberation, Nibbāna. The mission is to make the Buddha's teachings accessible to everyone, whether you are new to Buddhism or have been practising for many years.

108 KM Peace Walk | 108 Contemplations | 24 & 25 October 2026

Join me on my 108 km Peace Walk from Cham Shan Temple to Wutai Shan, where I will share 108 individual livestreams inspired by the Four Noble Truths.

Each kilometre offers an opportunity to contemplate the nature of suffering, its causes, the possibility of its cessation, and the path leading to liberation. Together, we will explore craving, attachment, aversion, mindfulness, compassion, wisdom, and the practical application of the Dhamma in everyday life.
