Born in Seoul, raised in a small city in Sweden. I spent my early years searching for my identity and a sense of belonging that always felt just out of reach.

For a long time, I tried to fit into the world around me, until life invited me onto a deeper path.

Through a journey of healing, self-remembrance and reconnecting with nature’s wisdom, I discovered a truth that changed everything:

We are not separate from life. We are nature. Cyclical, intuitive, resilient and forever evolving.

Today, I support purpose-driven women and changemakers who feel that something in their life is missing or not working. Through Family & Systemic Constellations, trauma-informed therapy, mentorship and conscious wellbeing practices, I help you remember who you are, why you are here and where you belong.

My work is a bridge between the seen and unseen, intuition and strategy, body and soul.
