Chef Maria Kemp | Interactive Keynote Speaker

Chef Maria Kemp is an Interactive Keynote Speaker and Caregiver Advocate who helps leaders better support their teams when caregiving impacts performance, communication, and retention.

Performance didn’t change. The context did.
What leaders interpret as poor performance is often an employee navigating unseen caregiving responsibilities, leading to assumptions that get it wrong.

After 8.5 years as the primary caregiver for both of her parents, Maria pivoted from running a dessert business to helping organizations support employees balancing work and caregiving.

Through interactive experiences, she uses dessert as a leadership tool to challenge assumptions and change how leaders respond in real time. No baking. No catering. No kitchen or setup required.

This channel shares insights for HR, Inclusion & Belonging, Wellness, Benefits leaders, and event planners seeking content that drives real behavior change.
