I’m Becca Gowdy, or Bex, as I like to be called. By day I'm a professional illustrator trying to make a living working on children's books with a self-publishing company. By night, I'm a fantasy artist and writer who probably makes too many worlds. 

I'm primarily a digital illustrator, specializing in fantasy and imaginative realism--making the imaginary look real. My work tells stories, whether it's a snapshot of a larger story or a full comic. My love of animals and nature inspires a lot of my work as well, as I never want to do a piece without a dragon or horse or some other creature in the picture.
