I have been teaching fitness classes for nearly 20 years 😳in a variety of forms from Pilates, step aerobics, water aerobics, spin, circuits, boot camps and many more. I have customized and designed numerous programs that extend for 10-12 week durations. Thankfully, I have developed a business that allows me to train one-on-one with some of my favorite humans on earth for the last 6-8 years for many of them. In 2008 I graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a degree in Exercise Science and very quickly became certified in Personal Training and thereafter Stott Pilates Instructor training. 

Recently clients have asked for some of my Pilates and Circuit exercises be taped for viewing and workouts at home. So here we are- ENJOY
