Welcome to my channel.  My goal is to empower you with knowledge, tools and confidence so you can reclaim your health and wellbeing during and after cancer treatment.   

Specifically, I will share regular educational and purposeful movement videos that will focus on ways to manage cancer treatment side effects (including lymphedema and pelvic health.)
