The biggest obstacle to new profitability is their own psyche ,the fear of making losing trades or missing out on winning trade , & greed causing them to enter trades without a proper plan or trading strategy.

Absolute discipline and patience is of the utmost importance to being a winning trader. IMO the easiest way to to teach yourself discipline is to have a strict set of rules  and stick to them. There's no holy grail, there's no right or wrong method to trade, it's all about your own behaviour.
