Benjamin Errington Violist

Welcome to my channel! I am a freelance violist performing with major orchestras and as a soloist.

This channel is dedicated to bringing classical music to life through live performance recordings, with a special focus on lesser-known, unfairly neglected, and rediscovered gems of the repertoire.

Currently featured is my six-concert recital project, pairing Georg Philipp Telemann’s 12 Fantasias for Solo Viola da Gamba (TWV 40:26–37)—works rediscovered in 2015 after being lost for nearly 280 years—alongside J. S. Bach’s Six Cello Suites.

If you share a passion for solo string repertoire, rare Baroque masterpieces, and expanding the horizons of the viola, please subscribe and follow along as the journey continues!
