Bengt Olson  The Artist - L'artiste

Bengt Olson is a Swedish painter, graphic artist and sculptor. With his unique style inspired by the Nordic light, he is considered one of the greatest lyrical abstract artists in the world.

He is the artist who has created the most large monumental works of art in Paris with sandblasted concrete and tiled murals. He has made several large works of art in Sweden and illustrated Nils Holgersson's wonderful journey as an opera and in book form.

Bengt Olson masters all materials and techniques such as oil, pastel, watercolor, sandblasting, betograve, glazing, clay and textiles. We see everything from paintings to enormous sculptures and a burning interest in architecture where the city and nature should interact with art.
