BENEFITS Personal Training

Improve your health & build confidence with my follow-along workout videos.

👋 Hey there! My name is Jenn. I'm the gal behind BPT. I am a Certified Personal and Online Trainer, Corrective Exercise and Behaviour Change Specialist, and have my PN Level 1 Nutrition Certification. My business is based out of Edmonton Alberta, but virtually, I'm everywhere!

Subscribe to my channel for exercise demonstrations, follow-along workouts, and teachings on various wellness topics. Each month, I post new follow-along workouts that require minimal space, time and equipment. Around here, you can expect things to be approachable and fun, without rigid rules or crazy expectations.
