Bendy Body

This channel is for people who want to move better without forcing their body.

I share calm, safe flexibility and mobility practices for real bodies — with routines for different levels, from gentle movement to more challenging explorations.

Movement has been a big part of my life. I spent many years as a circus acrobat, and through that experience I discovered how powerful freedom in the body can feel. Once you experience that freedom through mobility and movement, it becomes something you never want to lose.

Some days we move slowly.
Some days we build strength and explore deeper ranges.
You choose the level.

There is no pain, no pressure, and no extreme stretching.
Just slow, controlled movement to reduce stiffness, improve mobility, and help you feel better in your own body.

All levels are welcome —
Start where you are. Build when you're ready. 🌞
