Belkheir Training & Consultancy Services was born of two worlds: the trading floors of JPMorgan and a humble classroom in Agadir, Morocco.
Founded by Najat Douslimane, a Sorbonne-trained Financial Engineer with 20 years of experience in Paris, London, and Dubai, Belkheir carries the name and legacy of her father, a dedicated Arabic teacher who believed every student deserves a space to grow.
That belief now shapes everything we do.
We work with banking, finance, and insurance professionals across the UAE and the MENA region, offering Training, Consultancy, Coaching, and Arabic Language Programs, all grounded in real-world experience, not just theory.
