Before the World Wakes Up

Quiet English villages at dawn — no talking, no music, just footsteps, birdsong and the countryside waking up.

I'm Kate. I live in Gloucestershire, on the edge of the Cotswolds, and most weeks I set my alarm for 5am to walk a village before the world wakes up. Some are famous, many are places almost nobody films. Rain, mist and frost are my favourite mornings.

A new walk every Sunday morning.
