Becoming the Product | Naya Isichei

Hey there! I’m Naya Isichei.

I’ve spent 8 years in banking before transitioning into the tech ecosystem. Today, I sit at the intersection of product, incubation, and entrepreneurship.

What I do:
🚀 Incubation & Acceleration: I manage programs at Nithub (UNILAG), helping the next generation of African founders build digital solutions that scale.
🛡️ Foundership: I’m the founder of GigSecure, a platform dedicated to the financial protection and inclusion of the digital workforce.
🎙️ The Journey: On the "Becoming the Product" podcast, I document the messy, real-time reality of building startups and managing ecosystems.
