Genia | Human Heart

Reflections on feelings, relationships & life transitions.

I'm Genia — a Gestalt counsellor working online in English and Russian. Before this I spent years in social work, and later trained in philosophy, bioethics & Gestalt psychotherapy. That lineage shapes what I make here: short films about what feelings are for, how relationships repeat and break, infidelity included, what actually happens in therapy, how grief moves, and the ethical questions hiding inside ordinary life — consent, autonomy, who gets to decide.

New videos weekly.
Monthly long-reads on Substack.
Shorter notes in Russian on Telegram — «Мыслить терапией».

If something here lands and you'd like to work together, I see a small number of clients online, in English and Russian — for grief, relationships, infidelity and endings, and the long slow work of becoming someone new: humanheart.life

Videos here are reflections, not counselling — I'm thinking aloud, not working with anyone in particular.
