Beak & Skiff Apple Orchards

Founded in 1911 by Andrew Beak and George Skiff, Beak & Skiff Apple Orchards is located among the rolling hills and valleys of Lafayette, NY. For over 100 years, we have cultivated our family orchard into one of New York’s most prestigious apple growers and cideries. The 5th generation of family members has taken this commitment of quality and innovation to our line of premium, small batch 1911 Hard Ciders, Spirits and Wines and has recently ventured into the new frontier of Cannabis Farming. We control our CBD process from “seed to sale”, and it all begins in the hemp fields that are nestled within the hundreds of thousands of apple trees on our orchard.
