The Bureau of Communications Services is a vital information arm of the government. By virtue of Executive Order No. 297, s. 1987, BCS was created to provide accurate, relevant, and responsible communications services in support of the Government and the Presidency. We develop and distribute special publications to communicate the policies and programs of the President.
