I currently serve as Assistant Manager at Jaibharath Group of Institutions and Secretary of the IT Professionals Welfare and Charitable Society. My career began at Keltron Knowledge Center, Calicut, where I specialized in networking and hardware training. I later transitioned to Netcrew Solutions in Kochi, collaborating with government and private organizations on cybersecurity and networking projects. With a strong passion for helping IT graduates align their talents with the right opportunities, I developed psychometric analysis techniques to better match candidates with their ideal IT roles.
