Bart Van Mol · Cycling to Eighty

What do you want to still be able to do when you're eighty?

I'm Bart. That question put me on my bike for Cycling Adventure 15: a 15-year journey around the world in stages, 40,075 km, the circumference of the Earth.

So far: Spain, Norway, Vietnam, the Alps, Chile's Atacama Desert, the Scottish Highlands, New Zealand, East Africa, India and the Balkans.

On this channel: solo rides, the people I meet along the way, and what lifestyle medicine teaches me about ageing well, one kilometre at a time.
