Baptist Women in Ministry

Baptist Women in Ministry (BWIM) supports and advocates for women in ministry and leadership across Baptist life.

Since 1983, BWIM has worked to create a more equitable future where women are able to fully live into their God-given callings. Through advocacy, resources, mentoring, community, and storytelling, we equip women to thrive in ministry and help churches and individuals become stronger advocates for women’s leadership.

On this channel, you’ll find stories from women in ministry, conversations and educational resources, highlights from the BWIM community, and videos that encourage and advocate for women called to lead, preach, pastor, and minister.
