Ballate - Armas Curatorial Collective

The curatorial collective "Ballate-Armas", with an international career in curatorship and cultural management, focuses its work on research into new contemporary art practices, promoting emerging art, the gender approach, and collaboration with other artistic projects. Its curators Ana Gabriela Ballate Benavides and Yadira de Armas Rodríguez have an important track record in gallery management, project management and curating, in addition to their academic work that includes conferences at international events such as conferences, symposiums and courses in different universities. They are constituted as a curatorial research project aimed at the promotion, production, exhibition and dialogue around new practices and discourses of contemporary art.
