BALAHYOGI - KIDS-EDUCATION-YOGA-STORIES

Hi everyone, I am Naren Subramani, a specially certified yoga teacher for children. I am handling yoga classes for children above 4 years of age. This YouTube channel is created with the intention of spreading good health among children in all possible ways of stories and fun activities. Today's children are not so physically and mentally active. To resolve those issues, introducing yoga to them as early as possible is better. Yoga doesn't mean only asanas. It is much beyond that. I am interested in spreading the knowledge of ancient yoga to the kids in a fun and interesting way so that they love, realize, and follow the morals and values in their real lives to live physically, mentally, and emotionally happy.
Along with that I explain creative stuffs, mathematical, computer and science concepts to boost their left and right brain in a better way.
Let's be healthy and happy. Thank you.
