Back to You Yoga

Welcome — I’m Jamie.
I help people reconnect with their bodies and find relief from chronic back pain through gentle, accessible yoga and mindfulness.

If you're carrying daily tension, pain, or fatigue — and feeling exhausted by conflicting advice, ineffective treatments, or the pressure to “just push through” — you’re not alone.

I’ve been there too: stuck in a loop of discomfort, emotionally drained, and unsure what would actually help. Yoga became my turning point — not the intense kind — but slow, supportive movement that met me where I was.

Here, yoga isn’t about fixing or forcing — it’s about listening, softening, and coming home to yourself.

Whether you’re new to yoga or returning after a long pause, I’ll guide you with compassion and clarity — so you can feel stronger, more grounded, and more in tune with your body.

Let’s quiet the noise, tune in, and get back to you.
