Axel de Chevron Villette is a French-born entrepreneur who established Clever Rental LLC, a successful real estate investment and management company based in Sarasota, Florida. He has acquired a broad portfolio of real estate investments and renovated several historic properties in France and Florida.

Before he transitioned into real estate in 2014, Axel had a highly accomplished career spanning almost 15 years at prestigious financial institutions, such as Goldman Sachs, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and Barclays Capital. His expertise is rooted in economics, quantitative finance, and advanced mathematics.

Raised in France and fluent in three languages—French, English, and Spanish—Axel’s global outlook has been shaped by his experiences living in London for 12 years, Tokyo for a year, and Sarasota for over a decade.
